Delivery InformationAt bubba funk we pride ourselves on fast, efficient and safe delivery of our products. We use TNT couriers for delivery of our gift boxes, and e-parcel through Australia Post for individual orders. All parcels and gift boxes are tracked and require signature on delivery, and are covered for insurance up to $100. For home deliveries, please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address in order to receive your purchase. If you prefer at checkout you can note that the parcel will be safe to leave at door if no-one is home to sign. However, please note that insurance does not cover any loss/damage to item once it has been delivered. If no other instructions have been left the Australia Post courier will take the parcel to the nearest Australia Post outlet and leave a note in the recipient’s mailbox to arrange their own collection. All gift boxes will be hand delivered to recipient. If this is to a hospital, please add room number to address if known. Otherwise the gift box will be safely delivered to the applicable nurse’s station who will ensure the recipient receives their gift box. Before placing order please confirm the recipient will still be in hospital and what name she is booked in under, as additional charges will apply for re-delivery. Delivery TimeframeWe will dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment received. For Sydney metro areas, expect to receive orders within 2-4 business days. Allow 4-6 days for regional or interstate. If you need an urgent delivery, please call us at 1300 282 223 (1300 bubbafunk) and we can offer express post services. If you are waiting on an order, please feel free to give us a call and we can look up to see where your package currently is. Gift boxes will be delivered same day if ordered & paid for by 10 am (and being delivered to Sydney metro area). Otherwise they will be dispatched following working day. PackagingAll items dispatched from Bubba Funk will be carefully packaged and clearly labeled. If any goods appear to have been damaged during transit please contact us immediately (within 14 days of purchase) to arrange a full replacement or refund. All items purchased can also be gift-wrapped for an additional $4.95. Or make up your own gift boxes for an additional $9.95. Gift box purchases, are naturally already gift packaged & boxed. Stock LevelsOur website is kept updated with any out of stock items, however if once ordered we find that any requested item is unavailable or shipment is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately and discuss alternatives available. If you are hesitant in using your credit card over the internet we also accept credit card payments over the phone or email. Direct Bank Deposit or Money Orders are also accepted.
