When finished browsing, proceed to the checkout to review the items in your basket. Follow the instructions to proceed with payment. The most popular is using your credit card though our secure website. We accept Mastercard and Visa. If you are hesitant in using your credit card over the internet we also accept credit card payments over the phone or email. Direct Bank Deposit or Money Orders are also accepted. Please take note that payments via these methods will need to be received within 7 days of placing order or the order will be cancelled. Upon order confirmation, you will be emailed payment information in order to complete your order. How long will delivery take?OrdersAt bubba funk we dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment received. Delivery is through e-parcel via Australia Post. For Sydney metro areas, expect to receive orders within 2-4 business days. Allow 4-6 days for regional or interstate. If you need an urgent delivery, please call us at 1300 282 223 (1300 bubbafunk) and we can offer express post services All parcels and gift boxes are tracked and require signature on delivery, and are covered for insurance up to $100. For home deliveries, please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address in order to receive your purchase. If you prefer at checkout you can note that the parcel will be safe to leave at door if no-one is home to sign. However, please note that insurance does not cover any loss/damage to item once it has been delivered. If no other instructions have been left the Australia Post courier will take the parcel to the nearest Australia Post outlet and leave a note in the recipient's mailbox to arrange their own collection. If you are waiting on an order, please feel free to give us a call and we can look up to see where your package currently is. Gift BoxesGift boxes will be sent out same day if ordered and paid for by 10 am. If box is being delivered to a Sydney Metro location it will be received same day. If box is ordered after 10 am, box will be delivered following day to Sydney Metro locations. Please allow 2-3 working days for regional or interstate deliveries. All gift boxes will be hand delivered to the recipient. If this is to a hospital, please add room number to address if known. Otherwise the gift box will be safely delivered to the applicable nurse's station who will ensure the recipient receives their gift box. Before placing order please confirm the recipient will still be in hospital and what name she is booked in under, as additional charges will apply for re-delivery. Can I order more than one box to be sent to one delivery address?Of course, and multiple orders to one location will entitled you to a reduced delivery cost. We will contact you to discuss delivery charges in this instance. Is it safe to use credit cards on your website?At Bubba Funk we ensure all your personal and credit card details are kept secure using 128-bit SSL encryption. We also use the services of a third party processing service called eWAY, to securely process your credit card payments. However, if you still feel uneasy, we happily take orders over the phone. Do you deliver overseas?Unfortunately we cannot offer international delivery at this stage. What about my Privacy?Bubba Funk respects your privacy and recognises your right to protection of all personal information you provide us with. Information provided by you to Bubba Funk ABN 77 939 023165 will be used to process your order and ascertain customer satisfaction in relation to this service. Bubba Funk may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the fulfillment of your order. We guarantee that we will not sell or exchange any personal information collected from you. By placing an order at bubba funk your details will be added to our customer database. Can I make up my own gift boxes?Yes you can. We have endeavoured to compile a good variety of gift boxes. If, however you want to customise any please give us a call and we will be happy to assist. Can I order for a specific date?Yes you can. Orders can be made for dates in advance. Simply note desired delivery date in the comment field at checkout. Obviously, due to external influences that can be encountered with couriers and Australia Post we cannot guarantee exact day delivery. We will however do everything reasonably possible to ensure specific date delivery if requested. Can I get my purchases gift wrapped?Of course, and gift wrapped beautifully. We at bubba funk pride ourselves in our gift wrapping and presentation. Our gorgeous gift wrapping will definitely provide the "wow" factor to the lucky recipient. There is an additional charge of $4.95 for gift wrapping. Alternatively, and depending on the products selected, we can offer to "gift-box" your present for an additional $9.95. Faulty/damaged goods?At bubba funk, all items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund. Can I return products?Yes you can. At bubba funk we understand the difficulties involved in buying online. If once you receive your goods you decide the item is unsuitable or incorrect size, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charges). Merchandise to be returned must be in original condition, unworn, unused, all tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Return postage is at customers expense, however we will happily post out new selection at no additional postage charge (free additional postage limited to 1 round of returns). When returning items please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will have to consider the product as not returned. Please note that sale items cannot be returned (unless faulty) so please choose carefully. Do you provide information on sizing?Please refer to our sizing guide for information on selecting the correct size. Obviously, different brands have their own variations and sizing idiosyncrasies. When known we will highlight these in our item descriptions and/or in our sizing guide. Can I cancel my order?At Bubba Funk we pride ourselves on dispatching orders extremely quickly, usually same day. Please call us immediately if you want to cancel your order. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not been dispatched. Do you have gift vouchers?Yes we do. Our gift vouchers can be purchased in $50, $75 and $100 amounts. Our gift vouchers come beautifully gift boxed at no extra charge. They are valid for 6 months. The perfect gift when you just can't decide! How do I redeem my gift voucher?Gift voucher redemption is simply done at checkout.
